Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely in love with your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will happily accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed merchandise. Returned items should include the tags and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. 

Merchandise purchased at full price must be received by us within 5 days from receipt for a full refund less shipping. We reserve the right to refuse any items returned after this timeframe. Please allow 10 days from receipt of your return for your refund to be processed.

Items purchased online and picked up in store will follow the in-store policy rules and only store credit will be given. Orders must be picked up within 5 days of purchase, otherwise the order may be cancelled.

holiday notice

Last day to return items prior to to the Sukkos holiday will be Monday Sept 17. We reserve the right to refuse any online returns received after this date.

in store pickup

When selecting in store pickup, you will receive an email once your items are prepped and ready for pickup. Sale items are not eligible for in store pickup.

Returning sale items

Merchandise purchased on sale at any discount that is 15% or more, are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Products purchased on sale at less than 15% off are permitted to be exchanged or returned for store credit only.

Items from past seasons may take a little more time to ship out, as they must be accessed from our warehouse.

Hair items and accessories are final sale.

Exchanges

If you'd like to make an exchange, kindly place a new order and return original item within the accepted time frame.

Cancellations

Unprocessed orders that are cancelled prior to shipping will be subject to a $7.95 cancellation fee.
